Quick reminders:

  • E-ASMS – always reserve one dedicated QC tube (≥3 nmol); the remaining 17 nmol goes into two or more combined tubes.
  • Hit Characterization – the SPR tube (30 µg) is always separate; the rest is split across no more than three additional tubes (four tubes maximum overall).
  • DEL – 4 nmol in one aliquot, additional protein in additional aliquots with amount indicated; send in 1.5–1.7 mL microcentrifuge tubes.
